How We Help

Building inclusive culture

Building inclusive culture

So you have a diverse community — now what? The magic is results. And results are created within your culture when all of the members of your community feel valued and inspired to contribute to organizational goals. We can help you get there!

Engineering energy

Engineering energy

We get talent reengaged with projects and initiatives. We find creative ways to boost morale and breathe energy into existing projects — so things get done.

Grassroots ideation

Grassroots ideation

We have found that you can learn the most from what’s often not heard. Bottom-up ideation captures the voices and perspectives from the people who matter most, but whose voices often go unnoticed.  Lack of focus on bottom-up ideation, elitism can creep in and poison the programming of well-intended leaders.

OUTRAGE - PREVENTION INITIATIVES

Damage control is dead! Let us teach you how to build proactive programs — so you can anticipate and avoid outrage from actions, initiatives and policies.

Move_the_crowd

Move the crowd

Also known as “strategic engagement.” S&A takes a fresh out-of-the box approach to building trust and increasing relational experiences that promote engagement. We help find solutions that embrace, reflect and use the language of the people. We are experts at breaking down barriers to help establish (or reestablish) trust.

Deconstructing diversity

Deconstructing diversity

Traditional approaches to race and gender diversity have fallen far short of the goals, largely because it takes diverse thinking to cultivate a diverse organization — initially, that sometimes must be imported! Our approach is to help leadership first define diversity and then set goals and create sustainable initiatives that will achieve 360-degree goals related to people, culture and programming.

“I had no idea that meeting Leslie Satchell would be so important, at a pivotal time in my life. I wanted to leave the police force to pursue my dream of coaching but wasn’t really sure how to do it and needed support. She not only provided what I needed at the time, but she continues to challenge me when I need it, and I consider her to be a person of great integrity and professionalism in an industry where it’s hard to know who to trust.

“I know Leslie works with a lot of high-profile people, but I always felt like she cared about me and was invested in seeing me succeed no matter how long I played in the NFL or who I was connected to. She genuinely cares, and for that I am grateful.”
